Holistic Deep Tissue Massage

Expect more than just an average massage. The Jing approach combines eastern and western philosophies to present a complete and holistic style of massage. Emphasis is placed on creating a profound sense of presence, both in the client’s body and the masseuse’s hands, sinking slowly and deeply into the tissues, thus creating a felt sense of safety and wonderful opening throughout the fascia. Nervous system and fascial reset.

About Jing Holistic Deep Tissue Massage

The Jing Method™ Holistic Deep Tissue Massage is a therapeutic and results-driven approach that blends advanced clinical massage techniques with a holistic, whole-body philosophy. Unlike traditional deep tissue massage, which can feel intense or forceful, the Jing method focuses on working with the body rather than against it, using a combination of gentle yet effective techniques to release tension and restore balance.

Nervous System Relaxation

Emotional Freedom

Mental and Physical Pain Reduction

The Biopsychosocial Approach to Massage

At the heart of the Jing Method™ is the Biopsychosocial Model, which recognizes that pain and tension are not purely physical but influenced by a combination of biological, psychological, and social factors. This means:

• Biological: Addressing muscular tightness, fascia restrictions, and postural imbalances to restore physical well-being.

• Psychological: Considering stress, trauma, and emotional patterns that may contribute to chronic pain and tension.

• Social: Understanding lifestyle, work habits, and daily movement patterns that impact the body.

By working with both the body and the mind, this approach ensures a deeper, longer-lasting impact, helping clients not only reduce pain but also enhance overall well-being. This approach is perfect for those seeking a nurturing yet effective massage that supports physical, emotional, and mental well-being, leaving you feeling restored, realigned, and deeply relaxed.

Key features of the Jing Approach are as follows.

Pain-Free Deep Tissue Work
Myofascial and Trigger Point Therapy
Eastern and Western Integration
Relaxation and Rehabilitation

The whole idea of compassion is based on a keen awareness of the interdependence of all these living beings, which are all part of one another, and all involved in one another.
