Meet your Facilitator and Co-Creator

Woven Wellbeing is a space curated to weave together a variety of complementary offerings presented by Ursula.

An important value for Woven Wellbeing is dissolving the idea that you are coming to be healed. Ursula is not a healer. Simply, she provides the space, tools and knowledge to help you help yourself. You are empowered to reconnect back to yourself and in this way, you are co-creating on your healing journey.

In Ursula’s life experiences and her personal experience with the
techniques that she offers, Ursula has concluded that all that we need, already lies within us. By placing your healing in the hands of others, rather than actively participating, hands over your responsibility and ability to make a difference for yourself.

When emphasis is on things external, this seeking for help never ends. What if you can arrive in a place where you no longer rely on things external of you to feel better, what if the well of wellness springs naturally from inside yourself? It may not be the best business model… but Woven Wellbeing aims to make deep, long-lasting change rather than superficial surface level change.

Woven also believes that when we heal, this effect ripples out and collectively the patchwork is repaired, thread by thread.

Get to Know Ursula

Yoga teacher, holistic massage therapist, emotional release facilitator, keen meditator, Reiki practitioner, explorer and life lover – Ursula Griffiths was first introduced to yoga in school at 9 years old, where a spark of awe and inspiration was ignited. With thanks to the loving guidance of Ursula’s Mum - Carrie, yoga made a reappearance in Ursula’s life when she was 15. It was a time at which she had been facing a serve mental health issues. Yoga became the catalyst for recovery from eating disorders, anxiety, depression and CPTSD - it presented an empowering tool when all other therapies and medications had no meaningful impact. Through yoga, Ursula learnt to reconnect to her body that she had been destructing and disassociating from. Yoga is a science of transformation, and Ursula was experiencing firsthand a total shift in paradigm.

A Moment for my Mother

I would like to take a moment for my mother, Carrie – as pictured to the right. My Mum is my greatest inspiration, my greatest support, and all my work today is only made possible because of my Mum.

Mum has always worked from home as a chiropractor, and so from being a baby I have watched my Mum time and time again serve her clients and perform, what felt like to me, miracles with her hands. I am moved by my Mum’s dedication to bettering people’s lives, done with so much compassion and humility. If I can offer just a fraction of the service that my Mum has, then I can be confident that I am doing something right.
