Emotional Release

Emotional Release is a comprehensive integrative psychosomatic technique, weaving together neuroscience, psychology, breath and body work to address the root causes of habit patterns, self-limiting beliefs and suffering. Due to the psychosomatic approach, resolution is found not only in mental/emotional peace and harmony but also moving beyond physical pain and disorder.

Yoga

Yoga is an art and science of living a healthy life. Improved flexibility and strength come as a by-product of this transformative practice - yoga is an opportunity to truly know yourself and live harmoniously. Experience 1-2-1 guidance through carefully curated personalised programmes or join for classes. Whether you are completely new to yoga, maybe studio spaces aren’t for you, or you want to delve deeper into your established practice, learning alongside Ursula is a nourishing opportunity to explore yoga.

Holistic Deep Tissue Massage

Expect more than just an average massage. The Jing approach combines eastern and western philosophies to present a complete and holistic style of massage. Emphasis is placed on creating a profound sense of presence, both in the client’s body and the masseuse’s hands, sinking slowly and deeply into the tissues, thus creating a felt sense of safety and wonderful opening throughout the fascia. Meditation

Meditation is essential, accessible, complementary and transformative for all people, for all lives. We are given manuals and instruction booklets for almost everything, we are taught all numerable topics at school, but have we ever really learnt to understand and know our own selves…? Our lives are so precious, bring yourself out of suffering. Know for yourself by developing your consciousness, how vibrant and peaceful life can really be.
